- this would mostly help mid-to upper-class folks. Seniors that rely on Soc-Sec already don't earn enough. Better yet- free health-care!
Agree or Disagree: Illegal immigrants should be allowed to apply for U.S. citizenship as long as they learn English and pay back taxes and fines

- fees and fines will only serve to perpetuate the problem of illegal workers earning w/o paying taxes and discourage future compliance.
